LWNA is proud to announce our first annual “Spring Clean” and “Day of Service”

LWNA knows that we all have busy schedules and don’t always have time to stay up with cleaning around our house and property. This year we are trying to encourage our community to invest 1day cleaning up their house and specifically sidewalks and public spaces that we all use for safe access around the neighborhood. On either Saturday or Sunday, please invest a little time in making sure that your “little piece of paradise” is cleaned up and ready for the summer access season (Pull weeds, trim bushes, clear obstructions). All your neighbors (especially those with strollers and other mobility needs) will appreciate your efforts.

Please assist any neighbors that need a little extra help if you have the time!

One of our amazing community members Mary Koglin is doing a “Day of Service” Event

Here are the details:
South Jeffco Rotary Club is hosting an Epic Day of Service, May 18th 8am to 12pm, to help restore parts of the Mossbrucker Park to make it a more environmentally friendly ecosystem.   The park is next to Mt Carbon Elementary School on W Cross Ave west of Simms.  Come help or just support the efforts.
