BE SMART! As a friendly reminder, the Board of Directors recommends -- before you contract for any work on your home:
- Understand and comply with applicable covenants and guidelines along with Jefferson County building codes, ordinances, rules and regulations.
- Get as many detailed written quotes as you can.
- Ask to see proper work licenses, permits, etc.
- Ask for references and check them out.
